Every year, 1,050 Ugandan farmers living in poverty are guided through the process of preparing their land, planting, tending to, harvesting and selling their crops.

We used to harvest 3200kg of maize using traditional farming methods, but thanks to the training we received, our last harvest was 8000kg! Things have changed so much at home, too. My husband used to beat me and be unfaithful, but now we are working together in harmony.

Making a regular donation

By supporting Amigos Sustainable Community Development Programme with a regular donation, you are helping an entire community to thrive.

2. You will be able to see the progress of the farming programme through reading the blogs and the social media postings.
3. At the end of each year you will receive a supporters' round up, containing an evaluation of the Farming Groups and their progress.
